While we’re happy to accept PPO plans as a form of contribution toward your care, it’s important to remember that insurance is ultimately a contract between you and your provider.

 

We do everything we can to help you get the most from your plan—including submitting accurate records, detailed clinical notes, and imaging to support your case. But insurance companies may still adjust or reduce their estimated coverage without warning.

 

All treatment costs are due upon completion, and any remaining balance not covered by insurance is the patient’s responsibility. We’re here to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible—because your health always comes first.
